Meet Carla
Carla’s love of design started at a young age. Her favorite childhood memories are of rearranging furniture at her parent’s home on rainy days while her mother was at work. Her family home was a mix of traditional furnishings and antiques from across the globe which influenced her love of combining old with new and utilizing colorful accents infused with texture.
After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Graphic Design, Carla moved to New York City where she worked for many years in the fashion industry. Carla left New York for Boulder, Colorado and shifted her focus to full-time mom. When she wasn’t chasing down her two children, Carla spent all of her free time designing and decorating several homes for herself as well as family and friends. In 2008, she went back to school and received her formal degree in interior design. In 2010, she launched her own business and the rest is history.
